1. Duly filled Registration forms must be brought to the principal’s office by the parents along with the candidate at the time of counseling on the announced date.
2. Candidates should get the admission form from the general office. Duly filled admissions forms must be submitted to the General office with the following requirements:
* Registration slip
* Photocopy of the birth certificate
* To passport-size photo.
* Caste Certificate (Mother/Father- only SC/ST/OBC)
* Aadhar Card (Mother / Father / Child)
* Samgra ID, Family ID (Mother/ Father/Child)
* Bank account number and IFSC code (Mother/Father/Child)
* Photocopy of Marksheet and T.C. Original
3. Complete the admission formalities as early as possible because vacancies shall be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Admission fees Rs. 5000/- (Non-refundable)
Withdrawal Procedure
1. If the parents or guardians wish to withdraw a child from the school they must kindly apply in writing 15 days in advance pay the fees up to current month and take the transfer certificate.
2. If a child is absent from the school consecutively for 15 days without any leave letter signed by his / her parents the name of the child will automatically be struck off from the school register. If the student seeks re-admission he/she should complete the Readmission form against the payment of Rs. 500 and submit it to the Principal.
